Chinese For Christ Church of Hayward is seeking a full-time youth pastor called to serve an English-speaking, Asian-American youth ministry. We are a non-denominational, evangelical church located in the San Francisco East Bay Area of Northern California.
Candidate Requirements
• Called to be a pastor, serving middle school and high school students, and their families.
• Strong communication skills, with English as his/her primary language.
• Able to develop healthy relationships with students and their families.
• Able to be a strong spiritual role model for students.
• Able to work well with the pastoral staff and church leadership, and integrate the youth ministry with the church.
• Familiarity with Asian-American culture.
• Education requirement: Master of Divinity degree (or equivalent).
• Faith and beliefs consistent with CFC Church of Hayward's Statement of Faith.

• Youth Ministry: Footprints! exists to reach non-believing students, to connect them with other Christians, to help them grow in their faith, and to challenge them to serve & honor God with their lives!
